While many of us have found yoga through asana (postures), yoga offers rich, ancient tools with modern applications to help us realize our truest self. Half Moon offers a private space to practice asana but classes are integrated with pranayama, meditation, chanting and mantra. We also explore Pilates and it’s tremendous strengthening benefits with long-time teacher, Carrie Montgomery. Owner and teacher, Julie Cramer, M.A., E-RYT200, RYT500 has studied Viniyoga with Gary Kraftsow, the Bishnu Ghosh lineage with Tony Sanchez and Yin Yoga with Bernie Clark. All of our classes are an opportunity to improve your health and wellness in a supportive community with dedicated, experienced and enthusiastic teachers.
